PrideStaff has been asked by a Community Association Management Company company to assist in filling an administrative assistant role opening in its North Palm Beach County office. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years' industry experience, but willing to train the right individual. Duties are varied but include client contact, administrative, spreadsheet preparation, board meeting preparation and documentation, annual budget notification and administration as well as other duties as necessary. This is a fast-paced environment with growth potential.

Requirements:
  • MS Office intermediate skills, esp. Word.
  • Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills.
  • TOPS software a bonus.

Starting pay is $20-$21/hr. based on experience, partially paid health, dental and vision benefits, vacation and sick time, as well as 401k.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $21.00
