SUMMARY: The Client Engagement Specialist  will play a pivotal role in ensuring our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our valued employers and customers. They are responsible for monitoring, tracking, and analyzing employer and customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, providing insights to enhance our service quality, and strengthening client relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Satisfaction Monitoring:

   - Develop and implement systems to collect, monitor, and track employer satisfaction feedback through surveys, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms.

   - Regularly assess employer sentiment and gauge satisfaction levels regarding our services.

 

2. Data Analysis:

   - Analyze data and feedback to identify trends, areas of improvement, and areas of strength in our service delivery.

   - Create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.

 

3. Continuous Improvement:

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address service gaps and areas for improvement.

   - Recommend and implement process enhancements and service adjustments to improve employer satisfaction.

 

4. Communication and Reporting:

   - Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management and relevant departments.

   - Share insights with teams and individuals involved in service delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

   - Maintain open communication channels with employers to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations.

   - Serve as a point of contact for employer inquiries and feedback.

 

6. Service Standards and Compliance:

   - Ensure that service delivery aligns with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

   - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold service excellence.

 

7. Technology Utilization:

   - Leverage technology and tools for efficient data collection and analysis.

   - Stay current with industry best practices in employer service satisfaction measurement.

 

Qualifications:

 

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, customer satisfaction, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving service quality.

 

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess and provide a valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Liability Insurance as required by the State of Texas.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation in order to make required site visits or trainings

The physical demands and work environment characteristics describe here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  While performing duties of the job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; for long periods of time. Employee must be able to drive for extended periods of time. Employees must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, must be able to set up display area.
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT:  Fast paced, demanding physically and mentally, will be in constant communications.
