* Clean and maintain restaurants and carts including washing and waxing floors, washing windows, cleaning grease traps, hoods, ice cream machines and other equipment
* Store all products consistently (i.e. frozen, refrigerated, dry products).
* Drive a Cushman and operate a hand truck.
* Ability to clean, mop, wash windows and perform basic repairs.
* Ability to keep accurate records and prepare reports.
* Ability to assist with product deliveries, including loading and unloading of products weighing up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to obtain CA Food Handler card within 30 days of hire.

* Assist Restaurant Manager with supervising, training, coordinating, reviewing and planning the work of Food Service Staff.
* Assist in maintaining daily schedule and make changes as needed to improve daily operation.
* Manage Time sheets including Breaks and job codes
* Assign new hires to locations following procedural par assignments
* Assist with office computer inputs and record keeping, as needed for inventory, receiving reports, training log and other tasks.
* Some knowledge of restaurant management techniques and methods.

Ability to work as a team leader; train and motivate staff to provide consistent, friendly and helpful service.

* Ability to input and access data using a computer.
* Ability to understand and adhere to labor laws and policies.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make quick and effective decisions, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

8 hour closing shifts - ending time two hours after Boardwalk Grille closes - latest probably be 12:30 AM. May do some mid shifts,

1pm to 930pm.

32-40 hrs during the summer.
