Under the guidance of the Associate Director for Dining Services, the Operations Manager will:

1. **Leadership and Management**

2. **Operational Oversight**
- Manage all aspects of dining operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.

3. **Customer Engagement**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including students, faculty, and staff, to enhance the dining experience.
