Sign On Bonus: $5000; $1666 upon completion of 30 days, $1667 upon completion of 6 months, $1667 upon completion of 1 year

As the PACT Program Assistant you will provide integral operational support to our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. This position will play a significant role in ensuring that the PACT teams run smoothly on a day to day basis. Working under the direction of the Team Leader, the PACT Program Assistant is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations.

Other responsibilities include:

* Providing receptionist activities, including triaging calls, and being the first point of contact
* Coordinating communication between the team and persons served.
* Deescalating situations with persons served who have increases of symptomatology, and assisting persons served, their families, and agencies to get answers to question
* Maintaining accounting and budget records for persons served and program expenditures
* Operating and coordinating the management information system.
* Perform other duties as assigned
