In this role, you will collaborate with our dietician team to use your culinary expertise to plan enticing & nutritious menu options for our residents and patients as well as special events. Additionally, you'll help build and train the culinary team, provide work direction, and manage all culinary/dietary staff.

Director of Culinary Services skills and requirements:

* Culinary Arts degree preferred
* 3+ years' experience as lead chef in a hospitality or health care environment
* Current Food Protection Manager (CFPM) - must obtain within first 90 days of employment
* 3+ years' leadership experience in food service management
* Knowledge of food allergies, modified textures, therapeutic diets, and diseases related to nutrition
* Knowledge of computer applications
* Knowledge of local, state and federal food service regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
