Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the assisted living team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Lead and manage the assisted living team to achieve business and financial objectives.
- Fiscal Management
- Develop and manage the assisted living budget to ensure financial profitability and sustainability.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure effective use of resources and minimize waste.
- Clinical Operations
- Ensure that department-specific policies and procedures are in compliance with federal and state rules and regulations.
- Develop and implement clinical processes and procedures to ensure high-quality care and services to residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical operations and make recommendations for improvement.
- Staffing and Human Resources
- Develop and implement staffing plans to ensure adequate staffing levels and skill mix to meet resident needs.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Survey Readiness and Compliance
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure survey readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of survey readiness and compliance efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in assisted living or healthcare management.
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong financial management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
