Duties and Responsibilities

* Responsible for accounts receivable including cash application, records and dunning process administration
* Involvement in new customer setup process including master data maintenance, credit checks, Experian administration, and documentation compliance
* Carries out special projects with high focus on optimization of processes related to SAP OTC
* Active participant in the monthly close including processing of journal entries
* Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
* Must be organized with the ability to prioritize overall workload and meet deliverables on a timely basis
* Responsible for assisting with OTC documentation and updating related policies, procedures and systems
* Performs other ad hoc activities as requested

Reporting Structure

Position will report to the Accounting Manager.

Education / Experience

Required: 1 to 4 years accounting and/or finance related experience in an industrial context

Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in related field

Computer Skills

Knowledge and experience with ERP system required (SAP preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
