We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Wisconsindiagnostic. As a key member of our Billing Department, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, from initial billing to final payment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage incoming payments, including cash posting and contractual adjustments
  • Communicate with clients and patients to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
  • Utilize data entry skills to accurately and efficiently process payments
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless billing operations

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 4 years of insurance billing experience (external candidates)
  • Working knowledge of medical billing practices (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Data entry skills of 210 kpm with 98% accuracy and word processing skills of 40 wpm with 97% accuracy
