Responsibilities and Duties
• Greet clients and their pets in a friendly, positive manner
• Field all phone calls and make appointments/take messages as appropriate
• Accept payments at time of service and balance cash drawers at end of day
• Monitor hospital email
• Ensure the waiting room of the hospital remains calm and organized
Qualifications
• Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for animal care
• Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy
• Excellent phone and computer skills
• Ability to work some Saturdays
• Two plus years' experience at an animal hospital preferred
• Experience with Cornerstone a plus
