We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals. As the face of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Functions:
- Greet visitors, answer telephones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Place outbound calls for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients.
- Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
- Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
- Answer questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
- Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure the hospital is neat and clean at all times.
