Manages day-to-day operations of the Office of Governance including maintaining corporate documents; facilitating meetings; event planning, coordinating and implementation; and developing and implementing board evaluation systems and processes. Prepares Board agendas and oversees distribution of Board information packets to Board members. Records and transcribes minutes for various Board of Trustees, committee, and sub-committee meetings. Maintains an organized filing system for the Office of Governance. Ensures all required documents are filed accurately and within guidelines.
