We're seeking a Client Services Specialist who'll be our front line for both internal and external customers while managing their lead flows and answering sales inquiries. This person will provide world class customer service to each and every buyer and seller through interdepartmental problem solving, research and delivering on SLAs. EBTH is a vibrant, game-changing company looking for an all-out team player that can thrive in a startup culture, provide exemplary service, and help us grow this exciting business.

TASKS YOU'LL BE JUGGLING

+ Initiate communication with prospective sales leads to thank clients for reaching out to us, let them know what to expect next, and answer frequently asked questions.

+ Work as a liaison between our clients and EBTH back offices to assist in finding updates on shipping, item questions, pick up questions, or other inquiries as needed.

+ Communicate and collaborate with all sales and service team members to plan, coordinate, and execute the monetization of business and personal property.

+ Monitor, manage, and track leads to determine if they're qualified for showroom consignment, on-site consultation, or mail-in consignment.

+ Nurture and grow relationships by proactively communicating with all of our buyers and sellers through active communication to generate uncommon fans.

CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING

+ Previous sales and customer service experience

+ A team player mentality with an ability to work independently

+ Comfortable toggling between multiple systems such as Apple products, Google Suite, Microsoft Office. Salesforce is a plus

+ Eagerness to learn and pass on that knowledge to customers and peers

+ An appreciation for rock-solid client services and a desire to foster it.

+ Sense of humor. No, really
