We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Specialist to join our Private Banking team at Fifth Third Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Private Bankers and other specialists to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell basic banking products and services to clients.
  • Resolve client banking issues and notify Private Bankers of status/resolution.
  • Assist Private Bankers in the administration of client relationships.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client administrative needs.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or BS/BA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful banking/client service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Fifth Third banking systems preferred.
