A member of the "Golden Isles" Jekyll Island is home to amazing wildlife, leisure activities, and coastal views.
The Westin Guest Experience Specialist serves as an on-property point of contact for all guests providing 4-Diamond service, building a proactive, personal relationship, and creating memorable experiences for all our guests. The specialist will activate the brand in ways that provide our target guest, the Achiever, ways to engage with our brand and our 6 brand pillars, both inside and outside of the hotel.
Minimum 3 to 5 years hotel guest services/front desk experience REQUIRED. Four Diamond distinctive premium or luxury service experience preferred.
An important part of the Westin Experience Specialists role is the collaborative spirit that supports a culture of service and infuses well -being into daily delivery of hotel services.
