About the Role

The Spa Coordinator will be an integral part of our Spa therapy team, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service and creating a serene atmosphere for our guests to relax and rejuvenate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, adhering to Omni's high standards.
  • Schedule spa appointments and accurately confirm them in accordance with our Moments of Service.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and pre-sell spa services and products to enhance the guest experience.
  • Provide personalized tours of the spa and offer beverages as needed to create a warm and inviting ambiance.
  • Communicate spa promotions and special offers to our guests.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues in a professional environment.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into our computer systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and follow up on responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or spa setting.
  • Previous experience with cash handling, administration, and scheduling is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
