Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Reporting: Ensure that all reports are accurate and balanced on a daily basis.
  • Guest Safety: Monitor the safety and security of guests throughout the night.
  • Reservation Management: Process all reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations received through various communication channels.
  • Room Allocation: Identify guest needs for reservations and determine the appropriate room type, verifying availability and explaining policies.
  • Special Requests: Accommodate and document any special requests made by guests.
  • Information Assistance: Provide clear answers to inquiries regarding hotel facilities and room accommodations.
  • Revenue Optimization: Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and accurately input data into the reservation system.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest concerns following proper escalation procedures and maintain professional communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and support team objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality assurance standards and expectations.
  • Physical Tasks: Perform physical tasks such as moving and lifting objects as required.

Qualifications:
