Pay rate: $25 – 27 /hr DOETemp-HireHybrid: In-office every Thursday, with some additional days for training, in-office events, conference planning/packing, etc.Flexibility is preferred. 
Must be within 50 miles of company offices for targeted in-office days 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales Team resources by providing support, information, and guidance throughout sales cycles.
  • Process inbound leads and opportunities from MedPro website visitors and partners.
  • Responsible for new client, renewal, and cancellation notifications, Salesforce.com (SFDC) data entry, and sending deal notifications to external partners like.
  • Concur for new clients and renewals.
  • Facilitate the management of team calendars and meeting coordination, scan and file contracts and legal documents, and assist with SFDC data entry and processing.
  • Planning and coordination of trade conferences that MedPro attends – logistics for team member travel & exhibit materials, vendor coordination, and onsite support at the conference.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for internal Sales Support processes; identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills, possess the ability to work independently, and have a desire for continuous learning.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, highly organized with great attention to detail, self-disciplined with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks, and the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • The individual is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer screen and extensive reading.
  • The individual in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • The individual must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.

Education Requierements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required in business, management, and marketing coursework.

Years Experience:
  • 2+ years of post-collegiate job experience.

Physical Requirements
  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible
