This role is crucial for individuals passionate about data and process efficiency, offering a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Excel and data analysis to drive our digital operations forward. The ideal candidate will possess a profound knowledge of Excel formulas and tools, capable of easily managing and analyzing large data sets. Your responsibilities will include creating insightful reports, building diagrams, charts, and workflows, and improving processes by managing and creating SOPs/Guides.

LeadAdvisors is a marketing consultancy firm specializing in sales funnel strategy, utilization of content marketing, and search engine optimization. Our data-driven plans create custom solutions that drive engagement between brands and their audiences.
Our team is highly skilled in market research intelligence, analytics, content marketing, and creative design, including search engine, evergreen branded content, and conversion rate user experience optimization.
We have 8 million monthly active visitors each month in the U.S. and Canada and we’re looking for an experienced Digital Operations individual who is highly skilled in Data analytics and Marketing.
Responsibilities:

  • Create and analyze reports in Excel
  • Able to manage and analyze huge data sets - strong knowledge of Excel formulas and tools
  • Understanding of diagram, chart, and workflow building
  • Ability to analyze and improve processes - management, and creation of SOPs/Guides
  • Track and manage client deliverables through the project management system
  • Ability to multitask and assist with marketing campaigns as needed (some social media, google ads, blog posting, etc)
  • Assist the Digital Operations Manager and team as needed

Skills:

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Pay Rate:

  • $18-23 /hr
