Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Da Vinci. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inbound marketing and possess strong analytical skills to drive our digital marketing efforts. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, and driving measurable growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing activities, from lead acquisition and email marketing to SEO optimization and performance analysis.
In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
Lead Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid and organic marketing campaigns across various channels (PPC, PPL, social media, SEO, SEM).
  • Increase website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
Email Marketing:
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns that engage and convert subscribers.
  • Utilize A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to enhance campaign performance.
SEO Optimization:
  • Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
  • Work with external vendors to create and manage content creation, implement SEO strategies, monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to align sales enablement efforts.
  • Collaborate with product, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals.
Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide weekly reports to senior management on campaign performance, strategic recommendations, budget, and lead performance.
Innovation and Experimentation:
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Propose and test new marketing tactics to continuously evolve and improve our marketing strategy.
About You:
You are a driven and innovative digital marketing professional with a passion for creating impactful marketing strategies. Your ability to analyze data and identify key insights sets you apart, and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring a mix of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to the table, making you an invaluable asset to our team.
  • Experience: 4+ years of proven success in inbound marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify key metrics, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta ads platform, Google Analytics, WordPress, HubSpot.
  • Creative and Strategic: Ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing short-term results with long-term brand building.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
