Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Strategic Account Management:
- Understand client goals, challenges, and business strategies to recommend tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve client satisfaction and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
Project Coordination:
- Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to deliver on client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, address roadblocks, and communicate updates to clients.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, project updates, and KPIs.
- Analyze data to track trends, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Present insights and recommendations to clients during meetings.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets for assigned accounts and ensure profitability.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts or service agreements with clients.
- Track invoices, payments, and other financial aspects of client accounts.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.
- Share client feedback and insights to help improve products, services, or processes.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in account management, sales, or client services, preferably in Real Estate.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Attributes:
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Some travel may be required for client meetings or events.
