Job Summary:The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met, projects are delivered on time, and relationships are strengthened. This role combines relationship management, strategic planning, and project coordination to maintain high client satisfaction and support company revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Strategic Account Management:
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and business strategies to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve client satisfaction and revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.

Project Coordination:
  • Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to deliver on client requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, address roadblocks, and communicate updates to clients.

Reporting and Analytics:
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, project updates, and KPIs.
  • Analyze data to track trends, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients during meetings.

Financial Management:
  • Manage budgets for assigned accounts and ensure profitability.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts or service agreements with clients.
  • Track invoices, payments, and other financial aspects of client accounts.

Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.
  • Share client feedback and insights to help improve products, services, or processes.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in account management, sales, or client services, preferably in Real Estate.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Attributes:
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Customer-focused with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
    • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position.
  • Some travel may be required for client meetings or events.
