Accounting Manager - Corporate HQ

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead accounting operations, overseeing the monthly close process and preparation of accurate financial statements.
  • Manage and develop a team of 2-3 professionals, fostering growth, mentorship, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with auditors and manage the annual financial statement audit process to ensure timely completion.
  • Design, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to support compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Establish a culture of collaboration and excellence, driving cross-functional alignment on financial goals.
  • Enhance and streamline accounting processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk of errors or fraud.
  • Develop a robust financial control environment that ensures accurate reporting and supports company objectives.

What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 6+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and its practical applications.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or OneStream (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and a strong communicator with a sense of urgency.
