The senior sales executive will be responsible for business development and sales across the packaging and sub-streams of:

  • Packaging (Primary & Secondary)
  • Turnkey (full service)
The position is responsible for driving revenue generation for the company with key local, regional and international brands. They will also define new customer mapping and targets to "open doors" while expanding and growing existing customers across products/services. The role is responsible to set and meet annual budget for the territory.

  • Beauty/Cosmetic Business Development both within existing territory and with new prospects. Build sustainable long-term relationships.
  • Understand/define customer needs and be proactive in proposing and co-developing solutions that align with core competencies, while understanding competitors and proposing solutions to overcome competitive barriers.
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans by Customer to achieve agreed sales and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate and communicate internally with the Project Management Teams, Local and Global Sourcing Teams, and Technical Sales Teams to win and manage sales projects.
  • Represent company at trade shows and industry meetings to promote company's services.
  • Regularly meet with clients to build/maintain relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Consistently provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, etc.
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of direct sales experience in primary packaging for the beauty industry,. Turnkey (packaging and formulation) sales experience, a big plus.
  • Current/very recent selling relationship with a large cross-section of leading beauty brands with an understanding of key competitors within the beauty packaging industry.
  • Outstanding relationship building and negotiating/closing skills.
  • Strong strategic thinker with top-notch analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Previous project management experience, a big plus
