Community Relations Coordinator

COMMUNITY RELATIONS COORDINATOR: To be a community ambassador for our beautiful, Assisted Living/Memory care community. This is a full-time salaried position, 40+ hours a week. You will be marketing our community to prospects as a great place to live and building our community referral relationships. Lead in the planning and executing of community events for the public and referral partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: Full Time Salaried Position
- Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to achieve company sales goals in lead generation, tour traffic and census growth.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns for social media channels, website, billboard and TV that drive users to take action and engage with our community.
- Analyze metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing budget allocated for campaigns.
- Develop referral partnerships with assigned accounts and other influencers to encourage active utilization of our community, meet account call objectives, coordinate referral prospects with community consultant.
- Develop and host events that generate community awareness and engagement with Rosewood.
- Maintain/record account calls, emails, texts and fax documents to influencers/referral contacts with appropriate next steps in CRM (Eldermark).
- Attend various associations and senior organization networking events, Make presentations as appropriate.
- Conducts as directed by ED: tours, telephone inquiries, home visits and pre- move in meeting. Assist with admission paperwork as needed.
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or required, duties are subject to change.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years proven sales experience, social media advertising, marketing programs/ campaigns and project management.
- Proficiency in excel/word, creative design/ laptop use.
- Strong positive communication skills, written and verbal, strong organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, driven for results
- Knowledge of senior living or healthcare is a plus.
