Your Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve company objectives in lead generation, tour scheduling, and resident occupancy growth.
- Craft and implement engaging marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, our website, and local advertising channels. Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Build and nurture referral partnerships with key stakeholders and influencers within the community to actively promote our services and meet established account objectives. Coordinate prospective residents with our dedicated community consultant team.
- Plan and execute memorable events that foster community awareness and engagement with Regency Senior Living.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with referral partners, including calls, emails, and meetings, within our CRM system (Eldermark).
- Represent Regency Senior Living at relevant industry associations and senior organization networking events. Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our unique offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by conducting tours, responding to inquiries, and assisting with the admission process as needed.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, social media advertising, marketing program development, and project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word), creative design software, and comfortable using laptops for various tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational abilities and a detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Driven by results and committed to exceeding expectations.
- Prior knowledge of the senior living or healthcare industry is highly valued.
