Are you dedicated to promoting social justice and uplifting marginalized populations? World Relief is in search of a Community and Church Relations Coordinator who will be instrumental in partnering with faith leaders and community volunteers to assist those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Regional Director of Community Engagement to enhance initiatives in the Fort Worth office.
  • Design and execute localized plans for mobilizing churches, engaging volunteers, and advocating for social change.
  • Establish clear timelines, roles, and responsibilities to meet long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with Development and Marketing teams to formulate recruitment and outreach strategies.
  • Assess and report on performance metrics related to community engagement activities.
  • Provide mentorship and oversight to team members involved in community engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in volunteer coordination, church partnerships, or community outreach.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong organizational skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Theology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in diverse cultural settings.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
