Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Regional Director of Community Engagement to enhance outreach initiatives within the local office.
  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at mobilizing churches, engaging volunteers, and advocating for community needs.
  • Establish clear timelines, roles, and accountability measures to meet long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with Development and Marketing teams to devise effective recruitment and communication plans.
  • Assess and report on performance metrics related to community engagement activities.
  • Provide mentorship and oversight to team members involved in community outreach.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in volunteer coordination, church partnerships, or community outreach.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong organizational skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Theology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in diverse cultural settings.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is required.
