By proactively addressing provider burnout with supportive administrative services, IPC creates a balance between the needs of providers and partners. 
As a crucial member of our behavioral health staffing and management group, the Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President and collaborate closely with members of our Business Development, Operations, and Recruiting teams, alongside other Marketing team members.
The IPC Marketing Manager should be local to Kansas City (or willing to relocate) and will work onsite at our Overland Park, KS office.
This role requires ownership of digital and traditional marketing, with expertise in all major social media platforms, strong SEO skills, and the ability to create across various mediums (online and print). They will lead efforts to promote brand recognition, displaying IPC as an industry thought- leader; with targeted content-driven techniques to drive engagement and increase traffic through our pipeline. Additionally, this individual will have the unique opportunity to nurture growth in niche audiences through strategic content creation for our sister outpatient group mental health practice.
Primary Role and Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and closely monitor marketing campaigns encompassing digital and traditional channels (social media, email, blogs, print collateral, etc.) in alignment with IPC’s brand strategy.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform SEO/SEM strategy and advertising.
  • Educate B2B (and some B2C) target audiences on behavioral health topics.
  • Oversee referral marketing and advertising for outpatient mental health practice.
  • Execute a monthly communications plan which includes provider blogs, videos, program spotlights, and whitepapers.

Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver regular reports to leadership to review marketing strategy.
  • Evaluate the end-to-end client experience using CRM marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales automation and messaging.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned or directed by leadership to meet goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in marketing, advertising, media/communications, journalism, or related field.
  • Three or more years of marketing experience.
  • Prior experience in healthcare and a desire to work in behavioral health.
  • Proven track record as a writer with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency with HubSpot (CRM), Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and Google Suite.
  • Experience with Monday.com and other task management applications.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
