Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills and proficient with Microsoft platforms (Excel, Word, Outlook); AppFolio or property management software a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or property management experience a plus.
- Minimum 3 years prior experience as an administrative assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, and interface with clients and other visitors.
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
- Provide a variety of clerical accounting duties.
- Collect and distribute mail.
- Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes.
- Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup, etc.
- Uses word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents (Microsoft Office)
- Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers and copiers.
- Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
- Full time position 37-1/2hrs/wk
- Salary range $39k - $43k
- 13 paid holidays
- Generous PTO plan: 120 hours per year
- 401K coming January 2025
- No company health insurance
