Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Sales professionals get Sunday and one day off through the week)
Pay: $19-$24 per hour plus commission. Unlock the potential to transition from hourly to salary, offering a competitive earnings potential with the opportunity to exceed $75,000 annually.
Location: Colorado Springs, Denver Metro Area, Dallas-Fort Worth

Skills/Experience:
  • Demonstrated customer support or client service background.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, and Office suite.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (not required).
  • Team player with an interest in personal growth.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of customer service or retail experience (not required).
  • One year of sales experience (not required).
  • Proven track record in closing sales (not required).
  • Strong competitive marketing, business development/sales, and negotiating skills (not required).
