Seeking Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative Supervisor for a well-established home goods company located in Katy TX.
We are searching for an amicable bilingual customer service representative who is fluent in Spanish to manage a small call center team located in Katy, TX. The bilingual customer service representatives duties include tending to inquiries and feedback from clients. You should make use of the appropriate channels to defer these, where necessary.

To be successful as a bilingual customer service representative supervisor, you should exude confidence and composure when assisting customers. Ultimately, an excellent bilingual customer service representative will continuously brainstorm ways to provide a more pleasant and efficient service to customers.

Shift Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Supervisor Requirements:
  • Entering sales orders in the CRM system, collecting payments via credit card, cash, venmo, etc.
  • Strong computer skills, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, social media, Google Chat, strong phone etiquette.
  • Addressing queries, complaints, and recommendations furnished by customers.
  • Cashiering experience, daily deposit verification.
  • Monitoring call and mail histories to ensure that all customers have been assisted.
  • Processing exchanges and refunds in ways congruent with our policies.
  • Solid awareness of your skillset and willingness to refer customers for help, as needed.
  • Processing returns and exchanges.
  • Memorizing prices and features of each promotional offer.
  • Professional, courteous, and forbearing.
  • Ability to craft professional emails.
  • Active listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate team members to meet sales quotas.

What You’ll Need:
  • Successful previous experience in call center, strong customer service skills, strong organizational skills, crossed trainable in the front desk retail and warehouse on as needed basis.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for helping people, strong upselling skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels with customers and co-workers.
  • Bilingual (Spanish is necessary).
