To be successful as a bilingual customer service representative supervisor, you should exude confidence and composure when assisting customers. Ultimately, an excellent bilingual customer service representative will continuously brainstorm ways to provide a more pleasant and efficient service to customers.
Shift Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Supervisor Requirements:
- Entering sales orders in the CRM system, collecting payments via credit card, cash, venmo, etc.
- Strong computer skills, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, social media, Google Chat, strong phone etiquette
- Addressing queries, complaints, and recommendations furnished by customers
- Cashiering experience, daily deposit verification
- Monitoring call and mail histories to ensure that all customers have been assisted
- Processing exchanges and refunds in ways congruent with our policies.
- Solid awareness of your skillset and willingness to refer customers for help, as needed
- Processing returns and exchanges
- Memorizing prices and features of each promotional offer
- Professional, courteous, and forbearing
- Ability to craft professional emails.
- Active listening skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate team members to meet sales quotas
- Minimum of 1 year or more of previous relevant leadership or supervisory experience is required
- Successful previous experience in call center, strong customer service skills, strong organizational skills, crossed trainable in the front desk retail and warehouse on as needed basis
- Manages a team of call center representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and high service standards.
- Passion and enthusiasm for helping people, strong upselling skills
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels with customers and co-workers
- Bilingual (Spanish is necessary)
