Bilingual Administrative Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Administrative Coordinator proficient in Mandarin and English to join our team in the Southwest Houston area. This role involves managing data entry, handling phone inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities may vary based on the needs of the office.
Compensation
$18.00 per hour
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Welcome visitors with professionalism and provide them with necessary information.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as required by the office.
Qualifications and Requirements - High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Bilingual in Mandarin
- Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheet management, and graphic design.
- Proficient computer skills
