Overview: The client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to launch its portfolio of prescription Rx Oral Solid Dosage products. We are geared up to launch 8-10 OSD Rx ANDA products in the next 3 to 9 months. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of sales experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry, overseeing sales strategies, operations, and leading a team of account managers and business development specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market & Business Planning: Develop and execute market plans, business plans, and successful launch of new products. Analyze market trends to identify the right product basket and opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Strategy & Operations: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals. Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure efficient processes.
  • Sales Forecasting & Strategic Planning: Conduct sales forecasting and develop strategic plans to ensure long-term success and profitability.
  • Market Share Growth: Drive initiatives to increase market share and achieve a competitive edge in the industry.
  • ROI & Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance and ensure a strong return on investment for sales activities.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of account managers and business development specialists. Monitor performance and provide guidance to ensure targets are met.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
