About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our sales team to achieve sales goals, optimize gross margin, and maximize market share in your assigned territory. You will work closely with our sales professionals to develop new accounts, increase sales in current accounts, and provide coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide coaching and training to sales professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer relationships
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team
