  3. Business Outcome Focused:
    1. Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on business outcomes.
    2. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimizing enablement strategies to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  4. Change Management:
    1. Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the successful adoption of new enablement programs, processes, and technologies.
    2. Identify and mitigate potential risks and barriers to change, proactively addressing resistance and ensuring smooth transitions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change initiatives, with a focus on change management principles and techniques.
• Proven ability to foster a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, and innovation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $157,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $260,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
