TITLE: Service Coordinator

LOCATION: on site, Kent, WA.

Shift: Day (M-F 6:00am-2:30pm) MUST be on time/early daily.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: contract-to-hire

PAY RANGE: $25-32/hr.

*Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and forward all incoming calls and inquiries from customers
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in computer systems
  • Forward service problems to correct service representative so that they can determine the cause of the problem
  • Consistent follow-up on issues to ensure full resolution
  • Assist in scheduling and booking of technician travel
  • Assist service management in quoting and entering service orders
  • Assist in scheduling Field Service Department jobs
  • Reply to customer messages via e-mail, Skype, WhatsApp
  • Verbal and written communication must be professional and done in a timely manner
  • Supply Service Management with information on all shorts before sending a technician out on site
  • Ensure customers receive prompt and professional service support
  • Complete all work in a time documented manner
  • Maintaining an organized work area


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years’ experience working as a receptionist, service coordinator, or executive assistant.
  • Comfortable working on a PC with MRP systems, MS office and time clock system
  • Well-rounded and hardworking, self-motivated, detail orientated and a team player


BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a customer service role
  • Spanish Speaking is a plus, not required
  • Experience with M3/Rover MRP System
