Launch REI is a real estate company located in Atlanta, GA. The company is a nationwide network of local real estate investing meetups. We partner with real estate agents nationwide to host local meetups, which serve as a lead generation tool for the agents. We also provide education for real estate investors on our website, blog, and at our meetup events. Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist at Launch REI, LLC in Atlanta, GA. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication with potential clients. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company. You will specifically be talking to real estate agents, to identify ones who may be a good fit to host and lead a local chapter of our real estate investing meetups. Someone who is social, extroverted, self driven, with a sense of urgency, and goal oriented. There will be a lot of phone calls and presentations to attract and close the deal with agents who partner with us. Previous experience with making outbound calls and managing a CRM is a plus. Tracking your numbers and optimizing your approach will be critical. We aim to have 100 locations for our local real estate meetups by the Spring of 2025, and your role will be to find those 100 agents who will choose to partner with us.
Note: This is a 1099 position so you will be responsible for your own taxes, health insurance, etc.
Qualifications
- Having a "can do" attitude
- Strong loyalty and sense of urgency
- Interest or experience in real estate, or real estate investing
- Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Lead Generation abilities
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in business development and sales
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications or related field
