Business Development Manager

Position Summary

OPEX Corporation is currently looking for a Business Development Manager with Experience in the Service Bureau / Business Process Outsourcingmarket as well as the Federal Government marketto join our Document & Mail Automation team. Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager serves in a sales role for new and existing accounts. The Business Development Manager facilitates many aspects of the sales process including but not limited to:
  • Understands the company's vision, mission, and strategy; understands business unit objectives and sets/accomplishes individual performance goals accordingly
  • Identifies new sales opportunities
  • Qualifies sales opportunities through market / customer research and understanding the client's needs
  • Communicates our value proposition to customers/prospects.
  • Create sales opportunities by cold calling, researching, and developing new relationships with industry professionals
  • Provides outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Sales Experience Preferred.
  • Experience in the Service Bureau / Business Process Outsourcing market
  • Experience in hardware and/or software sales
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Prospecting, hunter mentality, and aggressive self-motivated individual
  • Tech savvy and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software strongly preferred
  • Consultative selling skills - ability to assess client needs and create solution
  • Overnight travel required
  • Strong planning, organization, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills required.
