Opportunity for a Technology Leader

Are you passionate about using technology to propel organizational growth and efficiency? We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to guide the design and development of technology systems and solutions that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Technology Guidance: Provide insights into technology architecture with a focus on scalability and future growth.
  2. System and Tool Development: Lead initiatives to create new technology systems, tools, and integrations that enhance organizational capabilities.
  3. Efficiency Improvements: Implement solutions and automations to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
  4. Research & Development: Spearhead efforts to investigate new technologies and assess their potential benefits.
  5. Partnership Management: Establish and cultivate relationships with technology vendors and industry leaders.
  6. Compatibility Assessment: Evaluate new technologies for compatibility and interoperability with existing systems.
  7. Strategy Alignment: Ensure technology strategies are in line with organizational priorities and objectives.
  8. Team Management: Oversee the hiring, development, and management of technology personnel.
  9. Ongoing Project Support: Actively contribute to ongoing technology projects and initiatives.
  10. Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with consultants and vendors, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  11. Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
  1. 10+ years of experience in technology architecture, design, and development with a focus on leading technology teams.
  2. In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networking, databases, and software algorithms.
  3. Experience managing technology procurements, including reviewing statements of work and requests for proposals.
  4. Proficiency in programming languages and coding.
  5. Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of measurable outcomes.
  6. Ability to thrive in fast-paced and complex environments, both onsite and remotely.
  7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  8. Strong research, analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
  9. Capacity to maintain confidentiality while estimating technical solutions.
  10. Willingness to work irregular hours, as necessary.
