Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's network clients, including both financial services and merchants. The US Consulting Practice within VCA provides consulting and solution services for Visa's largest issuers in the United States. The VCA team is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Product Experience Design (PxD) and Digital consulting practice and play a role in developing high impact projects for Visa's clients in the North America region. The potential candidate will be responsible for delivering and implementing projects and solutions with Issuers, Merchants, and Co-Brand Partners. This person will develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, ensuring that Visa is the preferred brand and unique business partner.
Essential Functions
- Proactively engage with Visa teams in strategic and planning discussions, manage a pipeline of work with issuers, merchants, and co-brand partners
- Lead consulting initiatives, contribute to business development by identifying potential opportunities with Issuers, Merchants, and Co-Brand Partners
- Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations focusing on digital related engagements
- Build solutions and actionable insights to help clients grow their portfolios and merchant engagement
- Collaborate with peers in different functional areas and global regional teams to execute projects efficiently
- Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, and provide strategic guidance
- Effectively analyze large data sets to derive insights and recommendations for clients
- Build scalable solutions, toolkits, and consulting approaches for VCA practice
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
* Experience at a large management consulting firm or within a digital agency
* Strong analytical skills, self-motivated individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
* Knowledge of banking operations, payments, digital customer experience, marketing initiatives, and card acquiring experience
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
* Experience with design thinking/human-centered design methodologies
* Technology mindset, up to date with digital trends and applications
