ROLE OVERVIEW
Our Banking & Financial Services Consulting team is seeking a Manager Consultant to join our dynamic group.
We are in search of Product Owners, Senior Consultants, or Consulting Managers who can excel within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Manager, Consulting (a Senior Manager level role), you will engage directly with clients, manage escalations, and oversee workstreams while maintaining domain expertise. Your contributions will include enhancing the sales process through RPI development, client presentations, financial modeling, pricing strategies, and ensuring flawless delivery. You will also be responsible for creating service offerings and training materials for client partners, alongside contributing to initiatives in People Care, recruitment, and mentorship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with clients to establish content strategies, objectives, and standards.
- Effectively oversee engagement deliverables, managing risks and issues.
- Develop and document policies for digital content management.
- Apply extensive subject matter expertise in the banking policy-making landscape.
- Demonstrate familiarity with intranet/internet technologies and associated policy frameworks.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities, conveying trends and data insights through verbal and visual means.
- Possess polished business writing skills, articulating complex ideas clearly.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals, managing projects, and leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Identify and support initiatives to enhance practice capabilities and presence, contributing to service line development and case studies through the aggregation of industry best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent relevant experience; additional certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis within the banking/financial services sector, focusing on policy management.
- Proven experience in problem-solving and product development from inception.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and executing in an agile delivery framework.
- Demonstrated personal leadership and a commitment to fostering a culture that drives exceptional outcomes, embodying Cognizant's Core Values.

SALARY AND COMPENSATION
- The annual salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- This role is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
