Awair is looking for a motivated, collaborative, and strategic Vice President of Sales to help continue our rapid sales growth and build the team to accelerate sales. You are highly motivated, have previous SAAS sales leadership experience, have the ability to build and grow a sales and account management team, and have an ability to effectively communicate and influence customers. You are excited to be a team leader of a rapidly growing company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the sales process, from inbound through account management to named accounts
  • Hire, train and mentor the sales team
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategy for all target customer segments
  • Identify channel partners by geography

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of SAAS sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience in growing a company or new product line from less than $10M ARR to $50M or more
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while growing a team
  • Demonstrated data-driven focus
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Ability to work in person in a San Francisco or Salt Lake City office
