Senior Director, NA Brand Marketing – Fenty Beauty Brands

Key leader on the Fenty Marketing team, responsible for driving Fenty’s NA marketing team with visionary leadership, consumer marketing strategies, robust product storytelling and disruptive digital and social innovation. This role will lead the North America marketing strategy, integrated campaign development, paid media and regional-specific content asset creation to fuel brand awareness, traffic and advocacy. This role will work closely with each retailer to develop and maximize dedicated plans and will collaborate cross-functionally to drive the business with Brand Management, Global Marketing, Sales, Creative, International, Digital, Field and Education teams, our founder and external partners. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in consumer marketing with expertise in the beauty category, a passion for product, and a consumer-obsessed and digital-first mindset.

Job Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Seasoned 360 global creative beauty marketer with the ability to dream big creatively and connect ideas to sales results.
  • Visionary leadership in developing marketing strategies & plans, along with strong coaching abilities for team growth.
  • Drive NA Fenty marketing team across 360 marketing strategic planning, paid media, retailer initiatives, and experiential marketing.
  • Work closely with NA retail partners to develop and maximize global marketing plans and dedicated business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Fenty marketing leaders to drive overall marketing calendar, investment, and priorities across all Fenty brands.
  • Lead cutting-edge creative marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Oversee all category NA Marketing across 360, Retailer, Experiential, PR & Media.
  • Lead strategic marketing plans for product innovations and established categories.
  • Work with global content team to meet all NA content needs with clear objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive, disruptive marketing plans across all marketing levers.
  • Bring product storytelling to life through compelling content grounded in consumer insights.
  • Refine global direction to maximize regional objectives while balancing creativity and sales-driving campaigns.
  • Anticipate business & consumer trends and pivot plans accordingly.
  • Present, adapt & align plans based on feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Foster innovation and creativity among team and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide leadership to direct reports, including coaching and development.
  • Compile and analyze data quickly to create data-based recommendations and strategies.
  • Brief & guide creative effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budget across all levers and regions.
  • Partner with Fenty Marketing & Brand leads globally to build on plans and strategies.
Profile

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing or brand management in beauty/skin brand and/or agency side.
  • Beauty expertise required; skin/hair/fragrance experience preferred.
  • Product-obsessed with experience developing robust 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Infectious 'Can do' spirit brimming with optimism and agility.
  • Balance of creative intuition and quantitative analytical thinking.
  • Passion for narrating compelling product stories grounded in consumer insights.
  • Incredible communicator & passionate storyteller.
  • Strong desire for driving business growth through product & category initiatives.
  • Effective relationship-building skills with organizational agility.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage 5+ team members.
  • Passion for consumer insights, data, and cultural trends.
  • Obsessed with digital and social media marketing.
  • Focused on the consumer journey from online to in-store.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to juggle priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
