What does a RN Care Coordinator do?

As the RN Care Coordinator at Missoula Bone & Joint, you will play a vital role in the education and administration of our Total Joint and Spine programs. Your expertise and coordination skills will be essential in ensuring that patients receive the necessary education and support before, during, and after their procedures. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop educational materials, organize pre-operative classes, and provide one-on-one counseling to patients. Your attention to detail and organizational abilities will also be crucial in coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and tracking patient progress.

Are you the RN Care Coordinator we're looking for?
