Senior Sales Development Representative


Empowered Staffing is partnered with a high-growth Fintech (B2B Software) company that’s revolutionizing online banking services for nonprofit organizations around the country. As they expand their sales team, they’re seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Development Representative to join their Miami office. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is a self-starter with a proven ability to generate a strong leads pipeline, while contributing to the growth of a company that is modernizing nonprofit banking.


Key Responsibilities:

● Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation

● Manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce.

● Research new potential markets and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects

● Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation strategy.

● Target prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone, and conferences

● Nurture inbound marketing-generated opportunities into clients


Qualifications:

● 2+ years of business development and/or sales experience focused on outbound software sales

● Strong desire to move up within a sales organization

● Proficiency with SalesForce, Hubspot, Apollo, and other sales-tech/CRM SW.

● Preferably an excellent understanding of the multi-chapter membership organizations/nonprofit landscape.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and exercise flexibility

● Creative problem-solver with strong research and analytical skills

● Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating strong communication skills
