Job Title: Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our global marketing team. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting our overall marketing and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and other digital strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a pipeline of leads using CRM software, track progress, and follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and support lead-nurturing strategies, providing feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Set-up meetings between the prospective customer and the respective Channel Sales Manager and ensure all appointments are met and track feedback on lead quality.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products/services, effectively communicate key features and benefits to prospects, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and feedback on lead quality, directly to the CMO.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telemarketing, preferably within a B2B marketing or sales environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over email.
  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles and a proven ability to close deals or generate qualified leads.
  • CRM Experience: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Self-starter with a positive attitude, keen to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
