Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate must have experience working in business development in a skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base
- Review incoming referrals
-Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives
