Job Overview
The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for providing superior client support to all current and potential IRA Financial account holders. They will do this by identifying specific needs through intent listening and asking open-ended questions, and assist the client directly. The person who holds this position should have great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, good organizational skills and excellent communication skills. They will be expected to continuously update their knowledge of IRA Financial products, services, and policies.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, and providing accurate and timely reponses.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Demostrating a deep understanding of the company's products or services in order to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Educate clients on investment options when appropriate to help them make informed decisions.
  • Work with other departments at IRA Financial to find answers for customer questions and reach solutions for problems.
  • Maintain client confidentiality by following company policies and procedures.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 Years Customer Service Experience (required)
  • Phone experience (required)
  • Banking and IRA Experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
