Client Relations Specialist

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance our thriving body shop operations and deliver outstanding service to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the customer journey throughout the repair process, ensuring a seamless experience as they retrieve their vehicle.
- Engage in daily communication with customers, insurance representatives, and suppliers.
- Handle customer payments efficiently.
- Coordinate with estimators for effective communication.
- Create and maintain customer files meticulously.
- Schedule appointments for clients with precision.
- Provide essential administrative support to body shop functions.
- Oversee the entire repair process, assisting technicians in various tasks from parts management to quality assurance.
- Assist in preparing and processing necessary documents, managing calls, and maintaining customer records.
- Perform clerical duties to support daily operations, including data entry and paperwork management.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of relevant customer service experience, ideally in a retail context.
- Proficient in computer applications and software.
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish and English) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Clerical experience is essential.
- Dependability is a must.
- Exhibit a positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues in a fast-paced setting.
- Possess excellent time management abilities.
